Photoshop Elements is a cheaper, less feature-rich version of Adobe Photoshop, which is a graphics editing program. You can create shapes in Photoshop Elements using its dedicated Custom Shapes feature, which gives you access to several shapes. You can add multiple shapes to a single canvas, photograph or project. Once created, you can then add additional images inside the shapes, draw around them or alter them using Photoshop Elements' many built-in tools and filters.
Instructions
- 1Open Photoshop Elements.
- 2Open the project or image to which you want to add the multiple shapes by clicking "File," then "Open" and selecting the file from the window that appears.
- 3Click the "Custom Shape" icon, which is a blue heart, located on the left side of the screen. Click the small arrow located in the Options menu to reveal the list of available shapes. Select a shape, then click and drag the mouse on the canvas to draw the shape you selected. Once the first shape is in place, select a different shape and draw it on the canvas. Repeat this process until you have all the desired shapes on your project.
- 4Select "File," then "Save" to save the image.
