Apple's iPhoto image viewing and organizing application has a number of features that go beyond those found in a traditional image management application. One such feature is the ability to edit the way an image is printed by adding borders, captions and mats. If you have images that have already been matted using an image editing application, you can add more mats to the image through the iPhoto application's "Print" screen.
