Designed for business professionals who are often out of the office,
Avaya’s Communication Manager links office phone lines to mobile
devices. In addition to forwarding calls received at your office, Avaya
CM provides caller ID information and allows you to mask your mobile
phone number with the number of your office phone. To activate Avaya CM
on your mobile phone, you must first log into the system with the
sign-in data provided to you by your system administrator.

Dial the feature access code
into your phone and press "Send." Also referred to as the “FAC,” the
feature access code is printed on the pocket reference card given to you
by the system administrator. A dial tone sounds after dialing the
number.

Press the “#” button on your
phone and type the station security number printed on the pocket
reference card given to you by the system administrator.

Press the “#” button on your
phone, listen for the confirmation tone and end the call. Your phone is
now logged into Avaya Communication Manager.
