How to Make Popcorn Invitations

• Popcorn
• Seasonings
• Paper popcorn boxes
• White card stock
• Scissors
• Black marker
• Translucent tape
• Clear cellophane bags
• Red or yellow grosgrain ribbon

     Pop popcorn with either an air popper or on the stove top. Season the popcorn, as desired, with butter, salt or powdered cheddar cheese. Consider making caramel corn with a butter, brown sugar and light corn syrup mixture for a sweet treat.

     Fill paper popcorn boxes, available at party supply stores, with the popcorn. Make up one popcorn box for each guest.

     Cut 6-by-6 inch squares of white card stock to resemble movie tickets. Write the party details, including the date, time and place, on the tickets with a black marker. Tape one ticket to the front of each popcorn box.

     Slip each popcorn box into a clear cellophane bag. Tie the ends of the bag together in a bow with red or yellow grosgrain ribbon.
