Animation Shop can turn anyone into a digital animator.
Making objects move can be fun and profitable when you can save money by creating your own Web animations. Animation Shop helps you create animations and modify existing ones using a friendly user interface. If you wished to combine a hamster animation with one that displays dancing letters, you can do it quickly by cutting and pasting a few frames in Animation Shop.







Instructions

    • 1
      Launch Animation Shop and Press "Ctrl-O" to display the Open window that lists your computer's files and folders. Double-click an animated GIF file you wish to combine with another. The Open window closes and the program displays the animation in a small window that appears on the canvas. This window contains a row of boxes that contains the animation's frames.

      Double-click an animated GIF file you wish to combine with another. The Open window closes and the program displays the animation in a small window that appears on the canvas. This window contains a row of boxes that contain the animation's frames. The file's name appears in this window's title bar. Each box in the window represents one of the frames in the animation. If the animation has three frames, you will see three boxes.

      Press "Ctrl-O" again and double-click another GIF file. The program creates a second window and displays the animation's frames in that window.

      Click the first frame inside that window and press "Ctrl-A" to highlight all the frames. Press "Ctrl-C" to copy the animation to the Windows clipboard.

      Click the second window to activate it, and right-click the frame where you would like to paste the second animation to open a drop-down menu.

      Click "Paste," and then click "Before Current Frame" if you wish to paste the clipboard contents before the selected frame. Otherwise, click "After Current Frame." Animation Shop pastes the first animation into the window.

      Click "View" and "Animation" to view the animation to play the new animation, consisting of the two animations you combined.

      Press "Ctrl-S" and follow the instructions as the program helps you save the new animation to your hard drive.
