How to Resize SWF and AC3

,

SWF and AC3 are both digital media file formats, but while SWF files store Flash animation, AC3 files store audio that has been encoded with Dolby Digital sound. If you want to resize an SWF or AC3 file, you need to compress the media. You can do this by adjusting settings like resolution and bitrate. While resolution is a property that represents viewing dimensions and pixel display, bitrate is a value that represents audio and video range. Free applications like iWisoft Free Video Converter, SUPER and Oxelon Media Converter can all be used for this task.

Instructions

Launch iWisoft Free Video Converter. Click the Add icon and browse for the SWF or AC3 input file in the file selection window. Select the item and click the "Open" button to import it into the application.

Click the Profile pull-down menu. If you are resizing an SWF file, go to Flash Video and Picture and select SWF—SWF Format (.swf). If you are resizing an AC3 file, go to Common Audio and select AC3—Dolby Digital AC-3 (.ac3).
