- 1Double-click the Mac hard drive icon on your desktop.
- 2Double-click “Applications.”
- 3Double-click “Adobe Photoshop.”
- 4Click “File” from the top left of the Adobe Photoshop application and click “Open.” Click the .Thm file of choice and click “Open.”
- 5Click “Image, and then select “Image Size” from the drop-down menu. The Image Size window appears. Check and modify if necessary that the dimensions of the thumbnail are a width of 160px, height of 120px and resolution of 72px.
- 6Click “File,” and then “Save for Web.” The Save for Web dialog box appears.
- 7Select “JPEG” as the file type and “100” for the quality. Select a location to save the thumbnail image locally on your computer.
- 8Click “Save.”
- 9Click the file name of the thumbnail image from your desktop. A cursor appears within the filename allowing you to change it.
- 10Add the extension of .thm to the filename.
