How to Open a .BPL File

Files that end with the BPL extension are associated with Delphi and Delphi XE2, software development applications maintained by the San Francisco-based company, Embarcadero Technologies. Specifically, BPL files are batch plot files which work with dynamic link libraries, or DLL files, as well as files created as extensions to enhance the Delphi program’s capabilities. These extension files are usually saved with the file extension – or, in some bases, the prefix – of IDE.
