How to Change the Color of a Samsung CLP 300 on the Vista Network

Print settings for the Samsung CLP-300 Series printer can be configured on a print job-by-job basis, even if you use it through a Windows Vista network. If you want to change the color of the print job for the CLP-300, you can go into the print settings and disable/enable the print job color modes. Once this is done, the printer will perform the print job using the color you selected.

Instructions

      Open the document or file you want to print and click the “Print” button. Select the “Printing Preferences” option in the “Print” dialog box and open the “Graphics” tab in the next dialog box.

      Select “Color,” “Grayscale” or “Manual” in the “Color Mode” section of the dialog box to change the color of the print job. If you selected “Color” or “Grayscale,” skip the next step. If you selected the “Manual” option, continue.

      Click the “Color Adjust” button and move the sliders to adjust the colors used by the printer. Click “OK” to save the settings and then click the “Color Matching” button. Move the sliders and follow the onscreen prompts to manually adjust the colors and click “OK.”

      Click the “Apply” and “OK” buttons to save your settings. Click the “Print” button in the main dialog box to print the document or file.
