The Samsung Instinct is an Android-powered smart phone that allows you to send text-based SMS messages and image-based MMS messages to other cell phone users. Since the device is designed to be used with Sprint's wireless network, however, if the device is flashed to another wireless network, some of its features, including the MMS picture messaging feature, may cease to function. If you have a Samsung Instinct that was flashed to the Cricket wireless network and you want to restore the device's original MMS functionality, you can do so by resetting the device to its factory default settings.
