How to Open a .CS File

CS is a file format used by Microsoft Viusal C Sharp (C#) applications to store source code. If you want to open a CS file, you must have an application such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 or EditPlus Text Editor installed on your computer. After opening a CS file, you can either modify or compile the source code inside.

     Download and install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 or EditPlus Text Editor.

     Restart your computer.

     Right-click the CS file that you want to open.

     Click the “Open With” option on the context menu.

     Select the application that you installed earlier and click “Open” to open the CS file.
