How to Open a .pmf File

A Pegasus mail file is an email attachment format used by Pegasus Mail, an email client; you need Pegasus Mail to read the file. Esri published map files are read-only map files created with a utility called ArcMap. You can read these with ArcView, a free downloadable file viewer.
